Installation recommendations
Installing breeze blocks doesn’t require special equipment, but there are a few important rules to follow. By following them, you’ll achieve a straight, sturdy wall with clean, consistent mortar joints.
01Breeze blocks are installed on a firm, level base, following the half-brick masonry method, with no interlocking bond and the blocks offset from one another. 
02The blocks are joined using a cement-sand mortar or masonry adhesive designed for concrete products. 
03For rigidity, lay metal or fibreglass reinforcement 4–8 mm in diameter in every horizontal and vertical row. 
04For joint-free installation, fibreglass mesh tape (serpyanka) or galvanised perforated metal tape can be used instead of reinforcement. For accent joints, use the “rod-guided” masonry technique. 
05At the joints where breeze blocks meet walls and ceilings, installation brackets are recommended to provide additional support. 
06To protect the texture and finish of the concrete surface during joint grouting, the use of masking tape is recommended. 
07For final protection and to reduce dust formation, treat the blocks with a concrete or stone sealer, either clear or colour-enhancing.

For the 200×200 mm format — 25 blocks per m². For the 290×200 mm format — about 17.2 blocks per m². The builder on this page shows the exact quantity for your wall.
Can breeze blocks be used outdoors?
Yes. The blocks are moisture-resistant, suitable for different climates and used for facades, fences, terraces and sun screens.
What discounts are there?
By order volume: from 15 m² — 3%, from 25 m² — 5%, from 50 m² — 7%, from 100 m² — 10%.
How long does production take?
From 14 calendar days. The time depends on the batch size and current workload and is confirmed when you order.
How is the order paid?
50% upfront, 50% before shipment of the finished products.
Are chips, efflorescence and shade differences normal?
Yes, these are natural properties of concrete: small size deviations, minor edge chips, hairline cracks, light efflorescence and slight shade differences within a batch do not affect the strength or look of the wall.
Should the blocks be treated after installation?
We recommend an impregnation for concrete or natural stone: it protects the surface and prevents dusting. You can choose a clear one or one that enhances the colour.
